We’ll start with a deep dive into your current state of mind, goals, and what you hope to achieve through mindset work. This 1-2 hour virtual meeting allows us to create a customized mindfulness plan, whether you’re looking to reduce stress, improve focus, or build emotional resilience.

You’ll gain access to my Guide, Trust Over Fear, a complete resource for mindfulness. With meditation practices, breathwork techniques, journal prompts, reading recommendations, and more, this guide supports you in making mindfulness a part of everyday life.

For up to 6 months, I’ll provide regular check-ins to support your journey.
